We ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. In order to keep prices as low as possible and provide a wide selection of choices, some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Most of our manufacturers also ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally items will take longer to ship from the manufacturer, for example, special order items such as Bungee Puppee leashes that are made to order.

We primarily ship by United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail. For very large orders or bulky items we ship by UPS or Fed Ex. Orders shipped directly to you from the manufacturer will be shipped by the method they choose.

USPS Priority and First Class Mail take 1 to 3 days transit time once your order has been shipped. UPS and Fed Ex ground take 1 to 5 days transit time depending upon your location.
