The first 4 months of you puppy's life are so very important! This is the window for socializtion and will determine a big part of you pups permanent personality. Playtime with other puppies, socializing with FRIENDLY adult dogs, meeting a wide variety of people of all ages, and having the widest variety of positive experiences is top priority during this time. A little time alone is good so your pup doesn't become dependent upon you always being there, but long hours alone at home are boring and lonely and are wasting precious socialization opportunities during this important time. The more time you can personally spend with your puppy at this age the better, but when you must be at work or away from home we can brighten your puppy's day with exercise, companionship, love, food, socialization, and education.
